Penn Warranty Reels
Please read requirements for warranty service first.
PENN Fishing Tackle Mfg. Co. warrants its Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear. If your PENN Product has a defect within the terms of the warranty you should return it to us, or to your local warranty center, please select the Repair Department link in the navigation for instructions. All shipping and insurance costs and transportation arrangements will be borne by you and are your responsibility. We will repair or replace the Product, at our option, without further cost to you, (including free return transportation and insurance). If, however, the repair is not covered by the provisions of this warranty, your PENN Product will be repaired and returned to you at a reasonable charge for labor, parts and return transportation and insurance.

After reading requirements, you may add your warranty reel to the service ticket and select Warranty from the drop down menu below.

Regular Repairs are only being done by special request and you must call ahead or email to discuss!
DO NOT ARBITRARILY MAIL IN A REEL FOR REGULAR SERVICE!
ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE CALLED/EMAILED AND BEEN APPROVED:
If we have approved regular servicing, please fill out this form, with all applicable information filled out, and add it to the cart for EVERY reel that you are sending in.
A $5.00 fee is charged to evaluate each reel for repair, which will be billed even if the reel is not repairable. (Does not apply to warranty reels)
If a reel is repairable, the current rates at the time the reels are invoiced, listed on our Reel Repair Rates page (click on More Details tab above), will apply. This will be billed separately at the time of invoicing. Any required parts and the shipping for the reel(s) will also be billed at that time.
Please try to include as much detail about any problems you have been experiancing with the reel as possible.
THIS SCREEN IS FOR CREATING THE EVALUATION ORDER TO SEND IN WITH YOUR REELS.
YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THE INITIAL EVALUATION FEES AT THIS TIME, NOT FOR FUL SERVICE FEES.
IMPORTANT - This is only the beginning of your repair order.
Please fill out the form below for EACH INDIVIDUAL REEL that you are sending in. Be sure to detail any known problems.
Once you have added all of your reels to the cart with repair instructions, proceed thru the checkout process to make payment for the initial evaluation fee(s). Print out the completed order and mail a copy in with your reels.
NOTE: If you do not have a printer, you still must create the order in the online catalog (or call us to set it up for you) for your reel repair. You can write down the order number and your name on a slip of paper to send in with your reels.
The actual clean & lube fees, and required parts, and return shipping will be billed when service is completed.
