NOTE: This handle is NOT used on the SQL30VSW (SQL30VSWLD2), despite what the part number implies. It is only used on the SQL16VS (SQL16VSLD2) reel.
This is per Penn's Rev.2 6-20-13 schematics.
The SQL30VSW (SQL30VSWLD2) uses the 24-SQL50VSW handle.
