Other Compatible Handles
The Type DD stud/sleeve reels CAN use Type AA handles (the hole is same octagon shape, just a few mm bigger)See Type AA options for your Type DA reel:

THE EXCEPTION:
AA and DD are different types because the stud tip shape/hole size are NOT the same, so the compatibility is only in one direction.
AA reels CANNOT use DD handles because the hole is just a smidge TOO small to fit the stud/sleeve
NOTES:
All handle screws/locking screws for these reels are compatible with this handle.
