I recently ordered this item for my son and I forgot to get it spooled. I sent them an e-mail the next day to see if they can spool it and charge my card. I was informed that the item is currently out of stock and I would have to wait a week for them to receive they order and send it out to me. I said it was okay since it's a gift so I wanted the specific item. I also explained to them that I forgot to select to have it spooled with the mono-Berkley big game 60# . They assured me that they will get it spooled and sent out as soon as they get their shipment in. I got my reel and yes it was spooled. Thank you Mel. As for the product itself, it's awesome.
