Confirmed to fit: 38A-CLA8000 ~ 1385669 Screw (Flat Head, Machine Thread)
(This may no longer be an issue due to the design change of the head seen below)
DESIGN CHANGE ON PART ITSELF
ROUND HEAD NO LONGER AVAILABLE:Early version of 38A-SSV5500 had a round head.
Penn later changed this to a flat head, probably to allow wider usage of the part in the later reels that use it.
